Cortland, NY 13045
From Corning, take Route 17 East for about 18 miles. After you pass through Horseheads, get off at Exit 54 and take Route 13 North about 28 miles to Ithaca. Stay on Route 13 another 14 miles, going around the North side of Ithaca, to where it joins Route 366 (Dryden Road) and continues East to Dryden. At Dryden, turn left (North) at the light (still Route 13 N, Charlie's Diner is at the corner). Continue on Route 13 for another 10 miles into Cortland. In the center of Cortland, Route 13 turns into Route 41 at Main Street. After crossing Main Street, go to the fourth traffic light and turn left onto Pomeroy Street. Go North on Pomeroy Street to the second light and turn right onto Elm Street. Dexter park is the first block East of Pomeroy Street, on the right side at the corner of Elm and Franklin Streets. Park in the lot on the corner, or on Elm Street along the Park.
