• Take 86 West for 25 miles past Bath to I-390 North toward Rochester
• Continue on I-390 North for 76 miles to the intersection of I-490, Exit 20B
• Take Exit 20B on the left to merge onto I-490 West toward Buffalo
• Take I-490 for 1.8 miles and exit onto NY-531 West toward Spencerport / Brockport
• Take NY-531 West for 0.7 miles and exit onto NY-386 / Elmgrove Road
• Turn Left onto Elmgrove Road and go 0.3 miles
• The entrance to Total Sports Experience will be on your left
